Product Description
The welding of a titanium tube sheet with titanium tubes. The tube sheet is made of titanium cladding: ASTM A516 Grade 70 plate bonded with the ASTM B265 Gr.1 sheet. The titanium welded tubes (Φ25mm x 0.7mm thk. x 11.2m length) are manufactured to ASTM B338 Grade 1. The tube sheet is designed for a power plant condenser in Australia.
Titanium has been widely used in various chemical reaction vessels and heat exchanger materials because of its excellent corrosion resistance, but its disadvantage is high cost. Especially for the use as structural components, this problem is particularly obvious, And the effective solution is the use of titanium clad steel plate. The combination of titanium and ordinary steel is called titanium clad steel plate. It has the corrosion resistance of titanium and the strength of the ordinary steel plate as the structure.
